The throats of the grab hooks on the chains and chain binders are universally sized to engage easily with 3/8 inch or 5/16 inch chain.

The ratings are based on a 4:1 safety factor. 4:1 is the correct safety factor. recommended by the NACM. and our chains are always rated properly.
