The Keeper 27 ft. Side-Loading Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant 2 in. Hi-Test webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a steel ratchet handle and double J-hooks. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point. Release the trigger to open the ratchet handle side gate then insert strap sideways onto the spool. Close the gate and pull the release trigger towards the handle then ratchet to lock cargo into place.
