• Place 1-5/16 thick lumber board/planks & panels on the bottom part of the ramp. Mark the holes and drill holes as per the marking. Push the approx 2 bolt inside the board. which will come out from the bottom of the plate. enabling you to secure it with the 5 mm flange nuts.
• The next step is to position the top part with texture on the trailer and drill with the 1-5/8 longs. 
• Voila. your DIY ramp is ready for use. Do check all the nuts & screws before using.
